On top of the high school roof in an isolated rural town in the Philippines, Callan writes a song for his crush, Alex. The classes beneath him hear his melodic tunes as he cries out his innocent desire to fall in love.
Initially butting heads, the two find themselves within a journey of first experiences and limerence before Alex leaves the country to migrate to Australia. As decades go by with no contact, for the first time in Callan’s life he leaves the Philippines in search of one more day with Alex.
